About the Founder
Athena is an author, publisher, and founder of StoryverseStream.
Athena’s story begins with storytelling as a love language. After receiving her first traditional publishing contract for Ghosts of Seattle, Athena went on to establish BlissQuest Publishing, then later Elder Glade Publishing. She wrote and published The Pillars of Dawn and The Life Erotic. As those works expanded, Athena realized the frustrating limitation of building interconnected worlds within siloed and extractive publishing and entertainment systems.
StoryverseStream grew from that experience.
Athena founded StoryverseStream to create a place where storytellers can build and share the worlds surrounding their stories as a full offering, rather than cannibalizing their intellectual property to fit the distribution, formats, and industries through which they are delivered. The StoryverseStream platform brings stories, characters, lore, media, collaborators, and audiences into one interconnected environment while allowing storytellers to retain creative ownership of the worlds they build.
Her work on StoryverseStream also led to the development of the Mandalic Storyverse Method—and the intelligent narrative design framework for coherent story expansion called Mandalic Storyverse Structure.
For Athena, StoryverseStream is the continuation of the same work that began with writing stories: building worlds rich with discovery, imagination, and humanity while providing better tools for storytellers and audiences to experience them together.
